মাহমুদ রহমানের ০৭ দফা

 

সিরাজ শিকদার শেখ মুজিবর রহমানের ছয় দফাকে বুর্জোয়া নেতৃত্বাধীন এবং অদক্ষ মনে করেন।  যা সাধারণ জনগণের প্রকৃত মুক্তির জন্য যথেষ্ট ছিল না।   মাহমুদুর রহমান বর্তমান রাজনৈতিক ও অর্থনৈতিক পরিস্থিতির সমাধানে নতুন দফাগুলো সামনে এনেছেন। তার সাম্প্রতিক ৭ দফা মূলত বাংলাদেশের রাজনৈতিক ও অর্থনৈতিক পুনর্গঠনের একটি আহ্বান। তিনি বর্তমান বাংলাদেশের কাঠামোগত দুর্বলতা ও সংকটের বিষয়ে আলোচনা করে একটি নতুন রাজনৈতিক রিসেটের প্রস্তাব দেন। তাঁর দফাগুলোর মাধ্যমে তিনি বর্তমান পরিস্থিতির সমাধানে একটি সমন্বিত ও কার্যকরী পদক্ষেপের গুরুত্ব তুলে ধরেন।

The speaker makes several demands, including: 

1.  Assembling a committee of representatives from different societal segments to oversee immunisation and public health initiatives. 
2.  Claiming their involvement in violence, the "Bangladesh Chhatra League" was dissolved. The 
3. Jamuna Bridge has been named after a martyr to honor their legacy. 
4.  Examining and transparently fixing any errors found in agreements with India since 2009.
5.  Renaming "Bangabandhu Avenue" in honor of Abro Shaheed, a martyr, and depriving fascist symbols of public recognition. 
6.  Withdrawing Saima Wajed Putul's nomination to the World Health Organization, suggesting that the process was fraudulent.
7.  Investigating the deaths of political prisoners, including Brigadier General Rahim and Nasiruddin Pintu, who were allegedly killed in jail.
